5. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS 

5.1 Promotions are subject to separate promotional terms. 

5.2 Promotions exclude custom, made-to-order, vintage, one-off and clearance items and cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.

7. DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES 

7.1 Australian GST applies when relevant. 

7.2 International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. 

7.3 We do not estimate international duties. 

 

8. PAYMENTS, STOCK ALLOCATION REQUIREMENTS 

  1. Payment methods include PayPal, Afterpay and other processors. 
     

  1. Orders are not accepted until payment clears. 
     

  1. We may request ID to verify transactions. 
     

  1.  Stock will only be allocated and held once full payment has been received and cleared by us. Until payment is received, all stock availability, lead times, and delivery dates remain indicative only and are not guaranteed. 
     

  1.  If payment is 72 hours of order placement, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel the stock allocation and return the goods to available inventory without further notice to the customer. 
     

  1.  Unpaid orders do not constitute a confirmed reservation of stock. 
     

  1. We are not liable for changes in availability, delays, or sold-out items where payment has not been made within the required timeframe. 
     

  1.  Re-Allocation If stock is released due to non-payment, any subsequent allocation will be subject to current stock availability, pricing, and lead times at the time of re-order. 
     

  1.  Where payment has been received and the selected item is not currently in stock, we will reserve and allocate the next available incoming stock to fulfil your Order. 

 

9. ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY 

9.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 

9.2 Custom, made-to-order and vintage items cannot be cancelled once confirmed. 

9.3 We retain title to goods until payment is received in full. 

 

10. FITNESS FOR PURPOSE 

10.1 You are responsible for ensuring products fit delivery pathways. 

10.2 We are not liable for delivery failures due to access issues. 

 

11. WARRANTIES AND ACL RIGHTS 

11.1 ACL guarantees may apply. 

11.2 Our warranties exclude natural variations, misuse, commercial use unless approved, and unauthorised repairs. 

11.3 Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund. 

 

12. DELIVERY AND RISK 

12.1 Delivery dates are estimates only. 

12.2 Risk transfers when goods are delivered or handed to carriers. 

12.3 Failed delivery may incur fees.

13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

13.1 No change-of-mind returns. 

13.2 Returns accepted only for defects and must be requested within 7 days. 

13.3 Exclusions include custom, vintage, clearance and misused items. 

 

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS 

We are not responsible for third-party content. 

 

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All Website content, imagery and design elements belong to us or licensors. 

 

16. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

All Promotions (including Black Friday) exclude Murano and Gift Cards. Black Friday Promotion applies to RRP Pricing Only. All Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We do not offer retroactive discounts (discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases). Forty Off Promo exclusive to Australian Delivery Addresses Only. Any orders that are made outside of AU will be refunded.
