This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, leading and developing the retail team and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the store. The Store Manager will also oversee in store events and brand activations, creating meaningful client engagement opportunities that strengthen brand presence within the retail and design community.

This role will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated client experience, lead day to day store operations and help build a refined, high performing retail environment. Ideal for someone with premium retail experience and a passion for interiors, design and customer experience.

Head of Operations (Melbourne)

Rachel Donath is seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to lead and optimise the engine that supports our growth. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee supply chain, inventory planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and distribution, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a critical role in supporting continued growth, driving operational excellence and building the systems, processes and partnerships required to scale the business globally.
