We have achieved significant and sustained growth across multiple markets, supported by strong demand from retail, trade and interior design clients in Australia, the United States and internationally.

In May 2026, we will open our first flagship store in Hawksburn Village - a considered, design led retail environment that brings our world to life in a physical space for the first time.

This flagship represents a defining chapter in our brand journey, and we are now building an exceptional founding retail team.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting across all store based roles including:

  • Store Manager

  • Assistant Store Manager

  • Full Time Sales & Client Advisors

  • Part Time Sales & Client Advisors

  • Casual Sales Consultants

This is a rare opportunity to join a premium design brand at the moment we step into bricks and mortar retail.

Our flagship will deliver a highly personalised, elevated customer experience. Every interaction must feel warm, informed, considered and confident - never transactional.

We are looking for individuals who understand that luxury is delivered through detail, service and presence.

The Role

Depending on your level of experience, you will contribute to:

Delivering exceptional, design led customer service
Building meaningful relationships with retail, trade and design clients
Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
Maintaining impeccable store presentation and visual standards
Supporting stock management and operational processes
Representing the brand with professionalism and polish

For management roles, responsibilities will also include:

Leading, coaching and developing the store team
Driving store performance and commercial outcomes
Overseeing rostering, reporting and operational excellence
Ensuring the flagship reflects brand standards at every touchpoint

About You

You have proven experience in a customer facing retail environment (premium or luxury experience highly regarded)

You are confident, articulate and naturally warm

You understand how to build trust with discerning clients

You take pride in personal presentation and professionalism

You are commercially aware and motivated by achieving results

You thrive in a structured, high standard environment

You care deeply about delivering a premium customer experience

Experience in furniture, interiors or design is highly regarded but not essential. Attitude, polish and client instinct are critical.
