Customer Service Support - Full Time

Rachel Donath is looking for a Full time Customer Service Superstar to join our Customer Service team as our business journeys through its next chapter of growth. 

We are looking for a solution focused 'Yes!' person who is energised by a fast paced work environment, is very much a team player and cares about our customers experience. 

Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries including after sales support

- Process stock adjustments 

- Manage stock systems

- Help out with despatch and booking deliveries

- Liaise with third-party shipping companies to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues

- Provide all round support to our customer service and sales team. 

- Gather and report on customer feedback, assisting the team to improve products and services during weekly team meetings

- Find creative solutions (to all things all the time!)

While we don't expect you to be fluent in our systems (we'll train you up!), we are looking for a candidate who is technologically astute and is a quick learner. 

 

This role is an ongoing, full time position - VIC based. 

We love flexibility and are proud to have a hybrid workplace model. This means that you will work out of Caulfield North/ Moorabbin and from home - but we need to know that you have excellent time management skills and the self discipline to complete a full time work load independently.
